Q: Can you provisionally hold a date without a deposit?
A: I can provisionally hold a date up to 7 days on date of enquiry. I am flexible and understand that some people need to wait until payday at the end of a month to pay this, if its the case, just ask and we can come to an arrangement.
Q: How can I pay for my deposit and wedding day?
A: You can pay by cash in person or by bank transfer. You can also pay instalments from the balance in this way, this is a very popular solution for a lot of my couples. Once the balance is paid before or on the morning of the wedding.
Q: Can I change my booking details, packages or add such as albums?
A: Up to 4 weeks prior you can amend the package. No add ons can be changes after that as things such as albums are always prepaid with printers etc.
Q: Do you take photos of the groom's preparations?
A: Of course, but usually only if the groom is getting ready close by. The duration travelling to and from locations is time I'm not taking photos. The easiest to ensure this happens is when the couple are getting ready in the same hotel or neighbours.
Q: Are you available to shoot weddings countrywide?
A: Yes, every week I am in a different part of the country. I also shoot weddings in the UK and have in receiving recent requests to shoot weddings in the US and mainland Europe. Obviously I only charge for travel when outside of Ireland.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, I have public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Q: Do you have backup equipment?
A: Yes, I usually have three hi end professional camera's, back up flashes, batteries with chargers, memory cards etc.
Q: How many photos can we expect to get?
A: For a full-day wedding I generally say between 300 and no more than 500 fully edited images.
Q: What if we have any special requests, ideas or locations which we would like on our wedding day?
A: It's your day and I am there to capture it. I love hearing wonderful and wacky idea's and then planning for them.
Q: What if we want you to provide an extra photographer on the day?
A: This is a common request and I can provide one for an additional €250
Q: After the Big Day, when can I expect to receive my online album?
A: Normally 4-6 weeks after the wedding day. At exceptionally busy periods it could be an extra week or so, but that is rare.
Q: How long do I have to pick my images for an album?
A: To secure the best prices with my printers, I pay for the albums prior to the wedding day in full and commit that all print orders for albums (approved drafts) must be submitted 1 year from the wedding day. After this the printers voids the order and all funds are non refundable. All couples must ensure they follow up to have the orders in, in time.
